Therapies

Therapies Offered

Anthroposophic external therapies are the leading focus of the clinic. Complementary modalities are offered as supporting approaches, chosen individually after consultation.

Anthroposophic External Therapies

Anthroposophic external therapies use touch, rhythm, warmth, oils, compresses, wraps and other externally applied treatments to support relaxation, vitality, circulation, breathing and the body's natural regulatory processes.

Treatments are quiet and unhurried. They are selected individually after an initial consultation, and are often given as a series rather than as single sessions.

  • Rhythmic massage
  • Oil applications
  • Therapeutic compresses
  • Poultices and wraps
  • Warmth treatments
  • External applications
  • Therapeutic movement and rhythm-based work

Complementary Therapies

The order of the work is always the same: medical assessment first, then an anthroposophic treatment plan, and complementary approaches only where they genuinely add something. These modalities support and extend the clinic's primary work; they are not equal alternatives to it.

Acupuncture

Supporting regulation, flow and energetic balance through an individualized treatment approach, informed by a postgraduate diploma of more than 1,500 hours.

Yoga and Breath Awareness

Encouraging embodied awareness, stability, conscious breathing and inner calm, adapted to what each person can carry.

Sound-Based Therapies

You lie or sit comfortably while sustained tones and resonance are played around you, and simply listen. Most people find it deeply restful. The approach draws on integral sound studies at SVARAM, Auroville.

Qi-Based Therapies

Reiki and Pranic Healing, which work with what Chinese medicine calls qi and Indian tradition calls prana — the same vital energy that acupuncture addresses through the needle. A quiet session in which light touch, or the hands held near the body, is combined with focused attention. Nothing is invasive and nothing is taken. The aim is relaxation, rest and a clearer sense of the body. These therapies are offered for well-being; they do not diagnose or treat illness, and they never replace medical care.

Integrative Guidance

Exploring lifestyle, rhythm, rest, movement and other factors that may contribute to sustainable well-being.

Choosing a therapy

There is no need to know in advance which therapy is right for you. Every therapeutic path begins with a consultation, from which a suitable approach is proposed together.
